3. Services & Licensing - Software is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license per applicable documentation. - License term, usage limits, and expiry detials are mentioned in your order or invoice.

4. Fees & Payment - Fees are due per invoice terms (e.g., advance, monthly, tri-monthly, half-yearly and yearly). Different tenures apply for different software. Please check every software specification and plans for details. - No refunds unless expressly stated. Payments are required 100% in advance. No post paid service is offered.

5. Support & Maintenance Support is provided at the level you’ve purchased and scoped in your agreement. SLA terms are included in your order documentation.

6. User Responsibilities You must ensure: - Authorized usage by qualified personnel. - Compliance with software documentation. - Secure storage of login credentials.

7. Intellectual Property All rights to software, trademarks, documentation, and related IP belong to Advait Software Solutions. Client data remains the client’s property, except as used in aggregated analytics.

8. Confidentiality Each party must keep confidential information private and use it only for permitted purposes. Disclosure is allowed only if legally required, with notification to the other party when possible.

9. Data Protection We maintain industry-standard security practices to protect your data. You agree to comply with relevant data protection laws and accept our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability - We provide services “as is” without warranties, except as expressly stated. - We disclaim any implied warranties of performance or fitness for a particular purpose. - All our bundled Software come with 30 days free trial that user can try first before subscribing or buying the license to use. User gets ample time to take decision. Monthly plans, where applicable, subject to 30 days money back guarantee. That too starts after 30 days trial effectively giving 60 days validity for new users.

It's a safe way to subscribe to monthly plans to remain protected by refund policy. Subscriptions greater than 1 month are not eligible for full refund. However during tenure if required refund, the refund amount will calculated by no of months remaining for the subscription to expire. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses, Data losses due to not taking backups using provided backup utilities. Also data losses due to insecure operating system environments or malware activities.

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

12. Termination We may suspend or terminate services for breach of Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations or duties under confidentiality or IP clauses.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to the Agreement We may update these Terms. Notice will be provided via our website or email 30 days beforehand. Continued use implies acceptance.
